First, we are in the business of helping investors make money, not trading data. We collect as little personal data as possible and we will never sell any of the personal data we collect to others. Any personal data we transfer to third parties will be used for our own commercial purposes, such as data analysis or customer support coordination. WINNER (" WINNER ", "we" or "our") is part of the WINNER Group. The Group provides stock recommendations, investment vehicles, and other products and services worldwide.

WINNER's Website (the "Website"), including the content, features, tools, data, software and functionality that we make available through this website, mobile apps and other websites or apps operated by us (unless such websites or apps have published separate or additional terms of Service) (collectively, the "Services"), are owned by us. To provide visitors (" You "and" your ") with information about our products and services.

This Privacy Policy explains what information and personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and disclose it, and how we protect personal data, subject to compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. Automatic collection of computer data

You will be solely and exclusively responsible for any loss or damage caused by the Service or the Service Owner or any third party by providing incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information. What do we use your information for?

● Process requests for partner services on your behalf (for more information, see the "Partner Services" section below);
● to enable you to access online application forms on third-party external websites;
● Analyse customer behaviour, market trends and customer statistics so that we can improve our services and enable us to provide you with more personalised services and more relevant communications;
● to enable us to save your personal data when you have registered an account with us, so that you do not have to re-enter it every time you request a quote or apply for a product;

In some cases, we anonymize your personal data for research or statistical purposes (so that it is no longer associated with you). In such cases, we may use this information indefinitely without further notice.
